You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if the service does not work on your device and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue.

To request a refund, please contact our support bot or administration via Telegram with your Transaction ID and Telegram ID. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on Stripe/Robokassa processing banks.
